1, Contact us by send a inquiry, discuss all the instructions and details of each item of the order on email, skype or whatsapp etc., reach an agreement include item size, material, color, shape, how to print the logos or artworks, delivery time, shipping methods, payment terms, warranty clauses etc.
2, we make the proforma Invoice/contract, put the drawing/design in it with all the negoicated instructions and details in it for customer confirmation.
3, customer send us the first payment deposit to get the order production started. We start to get the right materials and accessories, ready for the production.
4, our designers will make a professional 3d picture with notes for customer check again, and meanwhile, make the computer designs for cutting, sew, hot air welding dept with measurements and explainations in Chinese for workers cutting piece by piece.
5, sewing / welding dept get the pieces , with the computer designs created by the our designers, join the pieces together by sewing or welding.
6, testing, each products will be tested for before shipment, and take the pictures for customer to check whether all the workout is meet all the requirements that negociated. If all correct, customer pay the remainning balance, we ship out the order; if not, then point them out, we will make the modification, then send pictures to customer to check again.
7, professional packing workers, they weigh and measure the item, and give us the datas , we record and save it for transportation reference. Packing list, Commercial Invoice and Bill of Lading , to send all the documents and certifications that required for customer to do the custom clearance.
