1 Material: It is made of 0.55mm thickness pvc coated tarpaulin.All the material we use is from PLATO CHEMICAL which is the best and biggest material supplier in China.PVC coated tarpaulin has 3 layers,2 layers pvc with 1 layer strong net inside,waterproof,fire-retardant and high durability.Besides,the material has been certificated by CE,EN14960,SGS,EN71,ROHS .
2 Workmanship: It will be stitched by sewing machine.Everywhere double stitching and all the key areas will be quadruple stitched.Under strict quality control ,you can get best quality inflatable with a long service life,at least 3 years.Around the bottom,there are many stainless steel D-rings for you to fix the inflatables onto something strong or heavy.
3 Inflating&Deflataing:For this midium size slide,one 1.25HP blower is enough.We usually make 2 valves for the inflatables,one is for normall use,another one is for quick use.Besides,we also make a quick deflate entrance for each item to save you time on package.
4 Cartoon:For the cute cartoons on the slide,handpainting and digital printing are both available.If the printing area you need not big or the cartoon not complex,handpainting is good and cheap.But if for big printing area or complex cartoons,it is no doubt that digital printing is a good choice for you.
