A: The item will come with the adaptive air blower or an air pump to inflate, with repair kits and other accessories, subject to the specific items. We'll guide our clients to use and maintain the products, should you have any questions you can contact us at any time.

Q: How do you pack the goods?
A: We'll pack our goods with our uniform packaging, it will be the durable PVC bag with item tag on it or by the carton box, depends on which is suitable for shipping.

Q: What about the warranty?
A: Normally the service life of PVC material goods will up to above 3 years, but will also depend on the specific item and it's working frequency, working condition, etc. For normal use during the 14 month period, if the products cannot be repaired or use due to quality problems caused by workmanship, then we will produce a new one for our client.

Q: How to inflate an Inflatable Tent?
A: Can inflate by an electric /pump included. It usually takes 3 to 20 minutes to inflate a tent depending on design.

Q: Can we use Inflatable Tent in winds?
A: Yes, the tent itself is usually heavy to stand stably, we make D rings and match ropes for you to tie for more stability. You can also use sand bags or water bags to increase stability. However, please use depending on actual scene.

Q: Can we use Inflatable Tent in rain?
A: Yes but since the blower is connected with electricity (unless grade to Airtight style), we don't suggest long time use under heavy rain although the tent material and blower plastic case are waterproof.

Q: Can make with our logo printings?
A: Yes. May be for free or charged depending on quantity, printing colour and size. You may send us high resolution artwork in JPG, PDF or PSD.

Q: Can you send me design sketch to confirm before production?
A: Yes. After you place an order, we can use your custom requirements to make a design sketch, and will start production after your confirmation.
