1 Is it fire retardant ?
Yes ,our material is fire retardant and water proof. If you have other special requirements, such as resist UV, Meet NFPA 701 standard etc, we will purchase raw material accordingly, but price will more expensive.
2 Did it can resist strong wind ?
Yes,at frist the big tent weight is heavy, it is not easy to blow down or blow away. Meanwhile there are many D-ring on the bottom and top for you to fix. As well our design meet the gas flow mechanics.
3 The size is big /small, it is not suitable for me. Shall your company customize in size / color/ shape?
it is no problem. It can be customized according to your requirements, such as size ,logo,color ,printing etc. Of course, if you do not like the product please send your ideas to us, then we design the ideal product to you according to your ideas.
4 How to set up?
Spread out the tent, find the valve. Connect air pump or blower to inflating valve, and then turn on it. Next need some people to pull wrinkle corners, then it will set up fast. Of course, If need , we will supply video or site guide to you for setteing up.
5 could I ship it by myself / Could you can help us to ship?
Yes.If you have forwarding agent in China.we will assist your agent to ship. If have no forwarding agent,we can help you to ship. The best ship way is by sea, transportation time about 15 days -40 days according to different country. If urgent,by air is okay.
